Petitioners are aggrieved by commencement of consolidation operations in Village Gangavaas Pahada, Tehsil- Anoopshahar, District- Bulandshahar. The process has been initiated vide notification issued on 09.09.2023, under the U.P.C.H. Act. Argument is that there is no necessity of initiating fresh consolidation proceedings in the village.
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which, all such representations are under active consideration and various reports etc. have been called for.
Since the Authorities are already ceased of the issue, we do not find any justification to interfere in the present petition, at this stage. It goes without saying that the concerned consolidation authorities would conclude the proceedings pending at their level and send their recommendation to the State for necessary action in the matter, in accordance with law.
Subject to the observations made above, this petition is disposed off .
