2.In compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.10.2023 instruction dated 02.11.2023 is placed before this Court, which is taken on record.
4.On the basis of the instruction, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and learned counsel for the Land Management Committee submitted that proceeding under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated in respect to the pot Nos.279 and 209 and Case No. T202101010104063 and Case No. T202101010104006 have been registered against the persons, who are in possession over the same. They further submitted that last date was fixed 02.11.2023. They further submitted that plot No.280 is
recorded in the name of Primary School, which is situated over the same and there is no interference in the functioning of the institution.
