Sri Shubham Maurya, holding brief of Sri Santosh Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Ashwani Kumar Rai, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present transfer application has been filed to transfer the Case No. 24200 of 2023 (State Vs. Neeraj Agrawal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 373 of 2023 under Sections 452, 504, 506 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor to any other competent court of District Judgeship.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are accused in the above noted case. Learned counsel for the applicants fairly submits that the applicants have not applied to release on bail till today and charge has not been farmed. It is further submitted that opposite party no. 2 is a practising Advocate in District Judgeship Bijnor.
In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the present transfer application has no merit and deserves to be dismissed.
The present transfer application is dismissed accordingly.
