Sri Vindesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Karunakar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present transfer application has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.09.203 passed by Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Criminal Misc. Case No. 650 of 2023, which has been filed to transfer the Session Trial No. 1277 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime No. 64 of 2020, under Section 302 IPC, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Shahjahanpur, by which the transfer application has been rejected by the Sessions Judge.
After some argument learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this transfer application.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
