Mr. Prateek Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The instant transfer application has been moved on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 464 of 2015, arising out of Criminal Complaint No. 14440 of 2014 (Shashi Kuamr Tyagi Vs. Constable Raghav Singh Chauhan and others), under Sections 392, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kavi Nagar, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, from District Ghaziabad to any other district either adjacent to District Ghaziabad or any other nearby District.
During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant disclosed that both the parties have entered into a compromise outside the court, as such the present transfer application has become redundant, hence it may be dismissed.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the transfer application is dismissed.
