Rejoinder affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.
Shri Praveen Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Sanjay Pathak, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 are present.
Present Transfer Application has been filed to transfer the case No. 7663 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 0285 of 2019, under Sections 420, 392, 504, 506, 507, IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Prayagraj, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad to any other District.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is accused in the case. Shri Devendra Mishra Nagaraha, Advocate and member of Bar Council of U.P./ having political influence, has registered one FIR against the applicant. The applicant has no hope of justice from District Allahabad.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant application has no merit and deserves to be dismissed.
The instant application is dismissed accordingly.
