Present Transfer Application has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 22.11.2022 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar in Transfer Application No. 1468 of 2022, under Section 410, Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar to any other court of same Judgeship.
Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that without filing any proceedings against the order dated 22.11.2022 before Sessions Judge, present transfer application has been filed.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
