Sri Sandeep Chaudhary, Advocate put up his appearance on behalf of opposite party.

Today when the matter is taken, Sri Sandeep Chaudhary, learned counsel for the opposite party raised a preliminary objection that the present revision is itself not maintainable as the revisionists itself given undertaking before this Court in their earlier Revision being S.C.C. Revision No.47 of 2023 filed by them which was disposed of on 24.05.2023.

At this stage, a prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the revisionists to dismiss the present revision as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application in the S.C.C. Revision No.47 of 2023.

This prayer has not been opposed by Sri Sandeep Chaudhary, learned counsel for the opposite part.

Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that the Court below is free to go ahead with the execution proceedings
