Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that corpus i.e. petitioner no. 1 has been recovered by police. The present petition for issuing writ of habeas corpus has become infructuous, therefore, he prayed that present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
