Case is called out in the revised list. None responds for the petitioners. Learned A.G.A. for the State is present.
This petition has been filed for production of petitioner nos. 1 and 2, the corpus, who have been allegedly kept in illegal detention by the respondents. It is alleged that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 appeared before the Commissioner of Police, District- Prayagraj to air their grievances, but they were kicked out from his office and thereafter, thrashed by respondent no.4. They were illegally detained by the respondents and the petitioner no.3 was not allowed to meet them.
It is submitted on behalf of respondents, on the basis of instructions received that, no such incident as alleged in the petition took place. The corpus were never detained by them and that this petition has been filed with false and concocted facts for some ulterior motive. It may be noted that none responded for the petitioners on previous two dates as well.
In view of the above, this habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed .
