This habeas corpus writ petition has been filed with respect to Shashi, daughter of Roshanlal by Anuj Kumar claiming to be her husband.
Inasmuch as the petitioners claim to be married that has been objected by the parents of the said Shashi, interference in the habeas corpus writ petition is declined leaving it open to the petitioner no. 2 to approach the appropriate Court with respect to his rights arising from his marriage to Shashi, as claimed.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this writ petition is disposed of .
