1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-

"I. To Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus directing the opposite parties No. 2 to 5 to produce the corpus i.e. petitioner No.-1 i.e. father of petitioner before the Hon'ble Court and set him free from clutches of the opposite party No. 3 to 5 forthwith.

II. To Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 21 to 5 to handover the corpus as petitioner No.-1 as to where the father of petitioner want to live with his own wisdom.

III. Issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

IV. Allow the writ petition with cost."

3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions, which is taken on record, submits that Indrajeet Singh, the detenue has in writing informed the authorities that he on his own will and accord is residing with his daughter Kamla Singh, respondent no.3, without any pressure.

4. In view of the specific instructions given by learned A.G.A. the petition is dismissed.
