By means of the present habeas corpus writ petition, the petitioners are assailing the legality and validity of the order of detention dated 08.06.2022 under Section 3(2) of National Security Act, which was extended time to time.
Submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that on account of efflux of time the present habeas corpus writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
