The parties have agreed upon settlement of this Appeal/FAFO on the following terms and conditions:-
i) The appellants shall be entitled to get Rs.6,50,000/-(Rupees six lakh fifty thousand only) in full and final satisfaction of their claim from respondent Insurance Company in addition to the amount which had already been received by claimants/appellants.
ii)The insurance company shall not pay any interest on the compromised/settled amount.
iii) The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court, failing which interest @ 6% per annum shall accrue from such date till payment.
