The instant appeal is of the year 1997.

The record indicates that on 18.05.2022, the Court had granted one week's time to the learned counsel for the appellant for taking steps at the correct and complete address of the respondent no.3, failing which, the appeal shall be abated on the next date. The office report dated 24.05.2022 indicates that the steps were not taken, however later, by means of an order dated 25.05.2022, it was provided that the learned counsel for the appellant had taken steps and the office was directed to proceed.

At this stage, the service report dated 05.07.2022 indicates that service could not be affected on respondent no.3 as complete address is not given. It is apparently contrary to the order dated 18.05.2022. Be that as it may, a week's time is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to comply the order dated 18.05.2022 by taking fresh steps complete in all respects including the correct address of respondent no.3. However, in case the steps are not taken, the appeal stands dismissed without further recourse to the Court.
