Heard learned counsel for the revisionists as well as learned A.G.A. for the State.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionists that the revisionists moved an application before the Special Judge for bail on which they were directed to move before the learned J.J. Board by order dated 19.12.2007 which was challenged before this Court in this criminal revision in which they were granted interim bail and in the mean time, regular bail have been granted in favour of the revisionists from the learned court below, therefore, this criminal revision has become infructuous.
On considering the submission made by learned counsel for the revisionists this criminal revision is dismissed as being infructuous.
