Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.
The instant criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the impugned judgement and order dated 18.10.2023 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi in Vehicle Release Application No. Nil of 2023 (State of U.P. vs. Mautaz alias Chand) in Case Crime No. 518 of 2023, Police Station Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Cow slaughter (Prevention) Act, whereby the application of the revisionist was rejected.
Considering the limited submission, the revisionist is given an opportunity to move an application for release of the vehicle within a period of 15 days from today before the District Magistrate, Kaushambi. If such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a further period of 30 days.
With the aforesaid direction, the criminal revision is disposed of.
