This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the interim maintenance granted by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoria in Maintenance Suit No.1203 of 2022.
Sri Brij Bhushan Prasad Shrivastava, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the present revision may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
