Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This Court vide order dated 25.05.2023 has referred the matter before Mediation Centre, Principal Judge, Family Court, Lalitpur for taking efforts for amicable settlement between the parties.
As per report of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lalitpur dated 03.10.2023, the parties have appeared before the family court and had amicably settled their dispute. The execution proceeding initiated by opposite party no. 2 has been withdrawn and now there is no dispute between the parties. They have been reunite and started living together.
In view of report of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lalitpur dated 03.10.2023, no cause of action survives in the present criminal revision.
Accordingly, the criminal revision is disposed of in terms of compromise between the parties.
