Sri Shivakant Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist states that present criminal revision has been filed against interim maintenance awarded by the learned Family Court and now final order has been passed on the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., as such, this criminal revision has become infructuous.
In view of above submission of learned counsel for the revisionist, the present criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
