Heard Sri Pankaj Patel, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Piyush Asthana, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 to 4 and learned AGA for the State-respondent and perused the record. None appear for the revisionist to press this revision.
This revision has been filed with prayer to dismissed the order dated 29.08.2016 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court, Unnao, in S.T. No.175 of 2014 (State V. Utkarsh and others) and further be pleased to direct the trial court to add charges under sections 376, 342, 420, 468, 471, 493, 120-B, IPC, in S.T. No.175 of 2014.
Learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 to 4 stated that there was no stay in criminal revision and case has been finally decided by the Session Court in the year 2018. Therefore, the present revision has become infructuous and prays that same may be dismissed and infructuous.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the revision is dismissed as infructuous.
