Sri Kanhaiya Lal Tiwari, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Abhishek Singh, learned brief holder for the State are present.
The present revision has been preferred to set aside the order dated 15.02.2023 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Sant Kabir Nagar, by which Juvenile Justice Board taken cognizance under Section 354A IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act directly without affording the opportunity of filing the appeal under Section 101 of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
Learned counsel for the revisionist does not want to press this revision and wants liberty to file an appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
