Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the revisionist is taken on record.
This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist with a prayer to allow the criminal revision and set aside the impugned order dated 28.3.2022 passed in Crl. Appeal No. 13 of 2020 (Gyanendra Kumar Pandey Vs. State of U.P) under section 101 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children Act,) as well as order dated 30.6.2020 passed by Child Welfare Committee, Ballia and further to direct the authorities as well as opposite party No.2 not to interfere in the peaceful living of the revisionist along with his minor son.
It is submitted that in this case the matter has been resolved through mutual settlement between the parties. It is also submitted that the wife of the revisionist got remarried after mutual divorce/decree by order dated 23.5.2023 passed by the family Court. The child has been handed over to the present revisionist.Now there is no dispute between the parties and this revision be disposed of accordingly.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, this revision is disposed of accordingly.
