The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 15.03.2023 in Case Crime No.0081 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 328 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S.-Mahila Thana, District Muzaffar Nagar.
Sri R.P. Shukla, learned A.G.A. states that after the investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted on 16.5.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
Under such circumstances, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy as provided under the law.
