This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 25.12.2022 registered as Case Crime no. 329 of 2022, under Section 366 IPC, P.S. Awagarh, District Etah. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case final report no. 05 of 2023 dated 5.1.2023 has already been submitted.
In such view of the matter, present petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
