This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the police authorities to conduct fair and impartial investigation pursuant to First Information Report registered on 29.09.2022 as Case Crime No.428 of 2022, under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 507 IPC, Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj.
There appears to be no unusual delay in concluding the investigation as the FIR itself has been registered on 29.09.2022.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in respect of her grievance, which shall be examined by the authority concerned, this writ petition is consigned to records.
