By means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is assailing the legality and validity of the FIR dated 3.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 235 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504 IPC and Section 3(2)(Va), 3(1)(da), 3(1) (dha) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and upon a perusal of the record, we find that the writ petition is premature and it is accordingly dismissed .
