Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.

The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been moved with prayer to direct the Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide the Case No.1508 of 2022 (Computerized Case No.C202202000001508) (Mohammad Mursalin vs. District Magistrate, Pratapgarh) under Section 6E of Explosive Act, 1884 pending before him as expeditiously as possible within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court during the pendency of abovementioned petition.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Case No.1508 of 2022 (Computerized Case No.C202202000001508) (Mohammad Mursalin vs. District Magistrate, Pratapgarh) under Section 6E of Explosive Act, 1884 is pending before the learned court of Commissioner, Prayagraj, therefore, direction be issued to the learned Commissioner to decide the case expeditiously.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, perusal of record, it is expedient to direct the learned Commissioner, Prayagraj to make his endeavour to decide the aforesaid case within a period of 60 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
