Present petition has been filed praying for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.03.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 76 of 2022 under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act Police Station-Mubarakpur, DistrictAzamgarh and with a further prayer to direct the respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition and he may be set at liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in the circumstance of the case.
Ordered accordingly.
Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records with liberty, as prayed.
