Heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant at the outset submits that as the compensation, which has been received by the informant and Smt. Poonam Devi, has not still been paid back to the State Government, the instant appeal be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
No objection in this regard has been made either by learned A.G.A. or learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellants, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
