affair with a girl, Charu, resident of Ambala with whom the appellant had affair earlier. Thereafter, the deceased developed relationship with Tamanna @ Tashu, of Ambala. Charu had consumed poison because of the conduct of deceased and the appellant was annoyed with the deceased because of his conduct with Charu. On the fateful day, he in collusion with co-accused, Vishal Rajbhar, caused his murder by brick and threw the dead body near the railway track in the nala. Mobile phone and brick used in the alleged offence was recovered from the pointing out of the appellant. The shoes and bluetooth of the deceased were also recovered and identified by the informant. Motorcycle used in the crime was also recovered.
