There is allegation in the first information report that the wife of the informant, Smt. Rajni, was returning from her field on 28.09.2022 at about 4.00 p.m., when the appellant finding her alone, caught hold her with bad intention and started outraging her modesty. She saved herself with difficulty and came to her house and informed about the incident. Thereafter the informant and his brother, Ranveer, went to the house of the appellant to make complaint where the appellant, his wife co-accused, Sunita and another unknown accused tried to beat them by lathi and danda. The informant and his brother ran to their house, where they were followed by all the accused persons. They entered into the house of the informant and started beating them. When the wife of the informant intervened she was also pushed aside. On alarm being raised, Man Singh, Bhagwan and other villagers came on the scene of incident and saved them. Police did not lodged the first information report initially. Their medical examination was got conducted. The brother of the informant was badly injured and his C.T. Scan was got conducted but even thereafter his report was not lodged hence application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was made before the court on 22.09.2022 and then first information report was registered on 19.11.2022.
