As per report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun dated 18.1.2022, appellant No.1- Shahid alias Saddu s/o Bunnukhan had died about 12 years back and appellant No.2 - Hasanuuddin alias Pahalwan s/o Sirajuddin alias Siraj Khan had died on 20.8.2019.
In view of the above, the present appeal, therefore, stands abated.
