" Sri Lal Behari Yadav, learned counsel for the appellant reveal the fact that appellant Surya Bhan Yadav has died during the pendency of the appeal. Sri Yadav, learned counsel for the appellant has received the information to the fact from the pairokar.
CJM, Mau is directed to inquire into the matter by filing credible document regarding the aforesaid fact.
