- The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 29.7.1983 passed by Vth Addl. Sessions Judge, Bareilly in S.T. No.285 of 1980.

- As per the office report dated 12.1.2023, a report of C.J.M., Bareilly dated 30.11.2022 has been received stating therein that the sole appellant Vipin has died. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.
