Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present Criminal Appeal has been filed to quash the chargesheet dated 07.01.2020, cognizance order dated 29.05.2020, N.B.W. dated 02.05.2022 and entire proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 119 of 2020 (State Vs. Satyapal @ Akhilesh Yadav and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 195 of 2019, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, and 3(1) da, dha of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Gyanpur, District- Bhadohi, pending before the Court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/IInd Additional Session Judge, Court No. 2.
Learned counsel for the appellants states that he is not pressing the appeal, however, he prays for liberty to surrender before the court below and apply for bail.
It is therefore, directed that in case appellants surrenders before the court below and prefers bail application, it will decide the said bail application on the same day, in accordance with law.
The application stands disposed of .
