suicide. Body of the deceased was found on the floor and she was alive when the informant and other persons reached at the place of occurrence. The appellant is languishing in jail since 13.09.2023 having no criminal history and the age of the appellant is 70 years. In case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the early disposal of the case.
