Perusal of the record would reveals that on earlier occasion i.e. on 3.5.2023 when the case was taken up, learned counsel for the appellants was not available.
Thus it appears that perhaps the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the instant appeal.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
