The counsel for the respondents states that the review application be announced and the order passed by this Court in Writ A No. 17599 of 2022 (Km. Savita Parihar Vs. Union of India and 4 others) be passed in the present case as prayed by the counsel for the review application.
In view of the said submission of the counsel for the respondent, Shri Vijay Raj Pal, the review application is allowed. The order dated 20.12.2022 is recalled directing that the petitioner shall be subjected to file fresh medical review before the review medical board. The petitioner shall present before the review medical board on 28th March 2023 at 12.00 noon. The review medical board shall examine the petitioner to pass fresh report in the light of the examination.
The counsel for the respondents shall inform the concerned authority about this order for its compliance.
Accordingly, the review application is allowed .
