Heard learned Counsel for the applicant for review in support of the delay condonation application and Mr. Kunal Shah, learned Counsel on behalf of the respondents, who has filed a counter affidavit.
Upon perusal of the averments in paragraph nos. 3, 4 and 5, this Court finds that there are good grounds to condone the delay.
The delay condonation application is allowed.
The Office shall allot the regular number in the application for review.
