It is settled that re-hearing within the scope of review is not possible. The contention of the learned Advocate appearing for the review applicant that the limitation in filing the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is from the date of the order of the Reference Court, cannot be appreciated within the scope of review.
The review application is, accordingly, rejected.
