He has invited the attention of the Court to para 4 and 5 of the personal affidavit of the opposite party no.2 filed on 31.12.2022, wherein it has been stated that the order dated 15.12.2022 passed by this Court has been complied with and the applicant has joined his earlier place of posting and the order of the writ Court dated 22.03.2022 has been complied with.
In view of the said fact as the order of the writ Court has been complied with, contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
