Brahm Kumar, Sub-Inspector, Police Station- Sinduria, DistrictMahrajganj is present in the Court today, who is identified by Ms. Bhavya Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel.
Affidavit of compliance, filed today, is taken on record.
In para 12 of the said affidavit, it has been stated that the opposite party along with area Lekhpal visited the spot and called all the concerned parties and held a fresh inquiry.
After inquiry, it was found from the record that the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court has been duly mentioned in the Khatauni and on the spot, parties were directed to comply the order of the writ Court dated 20.09.2022 and not to create any third party right over the property in dispute.
In view of the said fact as the order of the writ Court has been complied with by the opposite party no.1, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
Contempt notice, issued to the contemnor, stands discharged.
