Heard Mr. Anand Kumar, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Ved Prakash Shukla, the learned counsel for applicant and the learned A.G.A. for State.
At the very outset, the learned counsel for applicant contends that applicant does not want to press this application for anticipatory bail, inasmuch as the charge sheet has already been submitted. He, therefore contends that present application for anticipatory bail be dismissed as withdrawn.
Prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant is not opposed by the learned A.G.A.
In view of above, this application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
