Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State apprised the Court that trial of the case has already concluded and applicant has been acquitted by the trial court and in this regard compliance affidavit has been filed by the State.
From paragraph no. 5 of the compliance affidavit filed by the State, it appears that trial of the case has already concluded, therefore, the instant matter has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the instant matter is dismissed as infructuous.
