- The applicant was granted bail for a period of three months vide order dated 07.09.2020 after which he did not appear before the concerned court. The orders were passed for taking coercive action against him by this Court and even order was passed issuing non-bailable warrant by the trial court.
- As per the office report dated 11.12.2023 a report has been received from the concerned District & Sessions Judge stating therein that the applicant has been arrested and is in jail.
