- The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jitendra Singh , with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 29 of 2022, under Sections- 342, 363, 376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Bahilpurwa, District- Chitrakoot.
- There is allegation in the FIR that on 31.07.2022 at about 5 p.m two daughters, Anamika, aged about 15 years and Akansha, aged about 14 years, of informant went to the shop for purchasing books, but they did not returned. After launching their search and making enquiry, it was found that applicant had enticed away his daughters after leaving his motorcycle with the relatives in the village.
