- Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
- The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Lal Chand Bind @ Rohit, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 183 of 2022, under Sections- 394, 302 and 411 IPC, Police Station- Manda, District- Prayagraj, pendency of trial.
- There is allegation against unknown accused in the first information report that the brother of the informant, namely, Anil Kumar Tiwari along with his friend, Ramchandra Bind, had gone to download bricks. After taking 13,500/- as price of bricks sold they were coming back when at⭡ੇ about 9 PM some unknown accused attacked his brother and after beating him they snatched 13,500/- from him. Ramchandra Bind was ahead of⭡ੇ ahead of him on his tractor. When he did not found Anil Kumar Tiwari coming behind him he went back and found him lying in pool of blood. He informed family members of Anil Kumar Tiwari. He was taken to hospital where he subsequently died.
