2 .Learned counsel for the applicant submits that F.I.R. was registered on 11.03.2011, wherein after investigation on 18.01.2012, final report was submitted against the accused persons, which was not challenged by the informant for about seven years and after a lapse of seven years, protest petition was filed on 23.01.2019, in which the learned Court below without considering the material collected during the course of the investigation which culminated in submission of final report, had summoned the applicant vide order dated 15.04.2019 against which revision was filed, which too was rejected vide order dated 22.07.2022. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant appeared and surrendered before the Court below and was sent to jail. It is thus contended that the applicant is an innocent person, who has bee falsely implicated in the present case. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court.
