Heard Ms. Tabassum Hashmi, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Alam, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.1949 of 2021, under Section 302 I.P.C, Police Station Indrapuram, District Ghaziabad.

There is allegation against the applicant that his wife, Sunita @ Suman, is working in ‘Speech and Language Clinic’ and doing work of sweeping. She had gone to clinic on 17.08.2021 at 6.00 a.m. She had quarrel with the applicant about 20-25 days ago. Today at 8.00 a.m. applicant has strangulated his wife by dupatta . Her dead body is lying in the clinic.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has submitted that the deceased did not had cordial relation-ship that the informant, her husband. Applicant has criminal history of one case explained in the supplementary affidavit filed today. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He had no motive to cause the alleged offence against wife of the informant. He has been falsely implicated in this case.
